Two words. LOVE IT.
This shake makes a great nutritional supplement and with a little ice and your favorite non-dairy “milk” (we prefer raw cashew milk) it’s like an ice cream shake! Kids will love this and moms will appreciate the nutritional value.
We liked the fact that it is so smooth, not “grainy” like other “healthy” shakes tend to be. The chocolate flavor is good and very natural not a fake “chocolate extract” that some shakes have; this contains real chocolate.
